Providers are used only where required by the selected workflow, plan, language, voice, or availability. Listing does not mean every provider is used for every workflow.

EU PII Masking
When masking is enabled, Microsoft Azure AI Language in the EU receives original text for PII detection; downstream language-detection and translation providers receive masked text.
Changes
