SonikaAI provides access to features for translation, voice-over, and document recognition, according to your subscription plan.

3. Account

• Users are responsible for securing their accounts.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain copyright over your uploaded documents.
• Translated and voice-over versions are automatically generated derivative works.
• The platform does not claim rights to your documents.

5. Restrictions

• Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission is prohibited.
• Using the service for spam or large-scale automated processing without agreement is not allowed.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of translations or voice-over. We are not responsible for data loss or damages caused by use of the service.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are made through a secure payment gateway.
• You may change or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancel anytime without penalties; access is maintained until the end of the paid period.

8. Privacy

Uploaded documents are not stored longer than necessary for processing. See the separate Privacy Policy document for more.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. You will be notified of important updates via email or within the interface.
