Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms govern access to and use of SonikaAI. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

SonikaAI provides a SaaS service for translation, voice processing, and document workflows. Processing may be asynchronous, and results may be delivered with delays depending on file size and the processing queue.

What you purchase: a subscription gives you access to the service functionality and includes monthly usage according to your selected plan.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.

4. Billing and subscription model

Subscription payments are handled in the SonikaAI client application.
The service uses recurring billing (monthly).
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Using or not using the service during a billing period does not affect the subscription charge.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the SonikaAI app or by contacting support@sonikaai.com.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.
Partial refunds for unused time in the current period are not provided unless required by applicable law.

6. Refunds

Our refund terms are defined on a separate page: Refund Policy. By default, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Data and privacy

We process data only as needed to provide the service. See Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your uploaded content.
Generated outputs are created automatically based on your input.

9. Prohibited use

You must not upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or use the service for fraud or spam.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect output accuracy. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.

12. Service changes

We may change or update the service functionality to improve quality or stability.

13. Access termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the service in case of violations of these Terms or abuse of the service.
