Refund Policy
1. General rule
Payments for SonikaAI services are generally non-refundable once processed, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU)
For EU consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to distance contracts under applicable law.
As SonikaAI provides a digital service that begins immediately after payment, at checkout you confirm that:
- the service starts immediately after payment;
- you agree to the service starting before the 14-day period ends;
- you lose the right of withdrawal once the service begins.
The service may not be delivered instantly and depends on processing time and file size.
3. Subscriptions
- Once a subscription period starts, the charge is considered accepted for that billing period.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the already active period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
4. Exceptions
We review requests individually and fairly. A review may be possible in cases of:
- duplicate charges;
- a confirmed billing technical error on our side;
- other situations where a refund is a legal obligation.
5. How to request a review
Send an email to support@sonikaai.com with subject Refund Request, including your account email, payment date, and reason.
6. Resolution timeline
We aim to provide a decision within 5-10 business days.
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method.
