SonikaAI provides a SaaS service for translation, voice processing, and document workflows.

2. Data we process
- Account data: email, name, and technical authentication attributes.
- Files and text submitted for processing, plus technical task metadata.
- Subscription and billing status data (without storing full payment card details in SonikaAI).
- Anonymized product usage analytics.
3. Payments and payment providers
We use payment providers to process subscriptions and payments. Payment details are processed by those providers under their own security and privacy standards.
4. File processing and retention
- Your files are processed to provide the requested output.
- We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
- For billing and analytics, we may retain technical metadata only.
5. Third-party services
To operate the service, we may rely on trusted providers (for example payment providers, Google Cloud, AWS). They process data only within their processor/sub-processor role.
