Companies that want to offer document translation and narration as their own service — on their own website or through an internal system, under their own brand. In practice that means translation agencies and language service providers, education and e-learning platforms, organisations with a steady flow of internal or technical documents, and the public sector. The real value is that a single order covers both: your client receives the finished audio as well as the text, and nobody on your side has to piece it together from two different suppliers. The pack also takes care of the everyday administration — pages used broken down by group of work, access you can grant and revoke, and control over what each member of staff is allowed to do.

Start with a message through our contacts page — a few lines about your company and roughly how much you expect to process each month. We then agree commercial terms, switch your access on, and stay with your team until the integration is running properly. You cannot buy partner access straight off the website, and that is deliberate: the terms depend on volume, and there is almost always something worth settling first. The upside for you is a proper handover instead of a link to some documentation.

Under a partner agreement you get a monthly page allowance on wholesale terms plus the partner pack, with the actual figures based on the volume you really handle — what works for a few jobs a month is not what works for a steady flow. What you charge your own clients is up to you, and the margin is yours to keep: we take no part in your rates or in how you invoice them. The plans listed on our site are for customers using the service directly, so treat them as unrelated to your terms rather than as a starting point.

The access key is for your systems, the dashboard for your staff. Your system uses the key behind the scenes: it accepts an order, sends the file for processing and collects the finished result, without anyone on your team touching it. The dashboard is the human side — that is where a manager grants or revokes access, names each group of work and checks how many pages have gone this period. Worth passing on to your developers: the key belongs on your own server and must never reach the customer's browser, or someone outside the business could run jobs at your expense.

Yes — and as far as your clients are concerned, it is your own service: they order translation or narration on your website, under your brand, and never see that SonikaAI does the processing. Everything runs through your own server, so access stays with you instead of being exposed to whoever happens to be on the page. Setup happens once: a manager creates the access in the dashboard, and the integration looks after itself from then on. That first step is the one we walk through with you.

Yes. You decide how the work is grouped and what each group is called — "Website orders", "Corporate accounts", "Internal jobs", whatever matches how you already think about it. For the current period you can see, per group, how many pages it used and how many orders went through. That answers the question every manager gets round to sooner or later: which part of the business is eating the monthly allowance, and whether to reprice that client or move the work elsewhere. One clarification so there is no surprise later: every group draws on the same shared allowance. The breakdown tells you where the work went — it does not bill each group separately.

Yes. Full technical documentation comes with partner access — everything your developers need to build the integration without guesswork. It opens up under your organisation's work account, so there is nothing extra to request. We do not publish it openly, which means it becomes available once terms are agreed. If you need to scope the work before committing, get in touch and we will talk you through what the integration involves.

Better to be upfront than waste your time on a call that goes nowhere. If you only want to translate and narrate files yourself, there is nothing here for you — a regular plan does the same job for less. We are also not a replacement for a CAT tool or TMS: there is no translation memory and no working at segment level, so if that is the gap you are filling, we are the wrong supplier. Nor can you sign up unattended — if you would prefer not to talk to anyone, partner access will frustrate you. And if you have no website or system to build this into, and no one technical to do the work, you are better off using the service directly until that changes.
