Q: What is the difference between an API key and the dashboard?

The API key (X-Sonika-B2B-Api-Key) is used on your backend for the pipeline: workflows, files, status polling. The dashboard (after Sonika login) manages keys, channel labels, usage views, and revocation. Never expose the key in the browser.

The B2B Management Pack unlocks SonikaAI partner features, including key management, per-channel usage reporting, and centralized organization user management.

Contact us via the contacts page. After terms are agreed, our team activates access manually and helps set up the partner flow. There is no public self-serve checkout for the B2B add-on.

Your bureau receives a wholesale resource pool plus the B2B Management Pack addon under an agreed contract (Contact us). The pack unlocks SonikaAI partner features, while you set retail prices for your B2C customers outside SonikaAI. Public Demo / Standard / Pro plans on the site are for direct users, not for bureau wholesale agreements.

Yes. Recommended pattern: your backend stores the API key and proxies calls to Sonika; admin UI for keys can use the session API after your staff signs in. There is no single “login + return key” endpoint in v1 — the key is created once via the dashboard or management API.

Each API key maps to a channel (e.g. “Website”, “Internal service”, “Plugin”). Usage is aggregated for your current B2B billing period: characters and workflow counts. Limits debit a shared pool; per-key reports are for channel analytics, not separate rate cards.

After your B2B add-on is activated, sign in to Sonika with the bureau account and open /redoc on the API domain. ReDoc shows the partner OpenAPI contract. There is no public self-serve access without onboarding.
