Which formats are supported

SonikaAI accepts PDF, EPUB, DOCX, DOC, ODT, TXT and MD as input. In Book mode the result can come back in those same formats — whichever are available on your plan. In Document mode the input is PDF, DOCX, DOC or ODT, and the result can be DOC, DOCX, ODT or PDF.

Before you convert

The options available depend on the input file, the mode and your plan. Changing format can change the formatting, so check complex layouts, tables and figures. Conversion does not recover text from scanned PDFs that contain only page images. How much you can process is covered on the plans page.
